Deposits:
All bookings are considered as firm once 30% of the full value of the stay has been received.
On no account will a simple quotation be considered as confirmation of a booking.

Cancellation:
If a booking is cancelled within 30 days of the start of the stay, the full deposit will be forfeited. If a stay is foreshortened, then the full amount of the stay will be due.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Arrival times:
Rooms will be available from 16.00 on the day of arrival.

Departure times:
Rooms must be vacated by 11.00 on the day of departure.

Rates: 
VAT is included in all published prices.
A visitor's tax of 0.35 euros/day/adult will be added to the bill. This is subject to change.
